At the same time, CAP provides the flexibility to include arbitrary JavaScript libraries in its lifecycle for all other service integrations, e.g., to add new communication channels such as SMS or Email. In this session, you will learn how to send messages to your user straight from CAP to improve your app's user experience

CPILint is a free and open source tool that lets you automate the governance of your integration scenarios developed with SAP Cloud Integration. With CPILint, you create executable developer guidelines, by setting up a number of rules that you want your integrations to comply with. The rules cover areas like naming conventions, security, mappings, adapters and more. With your chosen rules in place, CPILint does the heavy lifting of checking that your integration flows are compliant, and presenting you with a report of those that are not. In this talk you will get an overview of CPILint, and get to see a live demo of the tool in action.

Leading organisations invest large amounts in transactional systems to manage the processes, as well as analytical systems to monitor their outcomes. Yet very few take the next step forward: combine the two with AI technologies and process mining, in order to explain, predict and improve process outcomes (for example prevent internal compliance issues, reduce customer escalations, etc). In this session we will look at a practical example of a familiar business process and describe what a leading organisation did to learn from its people's cumulative experience and achieve data driven process improvement.
